Most of our deliveries are done Sunday afternoon. For weekdays it will take two days for delivery. We will send you a text message with an estimate time for delivery.

For delivery (or pick up) there is a minimum order of 5 meals or 6 juices. You can combine meals and juices in one order.

Most meals are prepared to last up to five days in the refrigerator. Each meal has a label with a specific best-by date and how long you can store instructions. Juices are prepared to last up to five days in the refrigerator. You can freeze your juices too.

We use all-natural ingredients and prepare food using cooking techniques that optimize nutrient retention. Most of our ingredients are organic, like brown rice, quinoa and some veggies. On the protein side the chicken, ground turkey and salmon are hormone and antibiotics free, and the red meat is grass fed. We also use wild caught shrimp.
